United Way NEXT DEIB Work Group
The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging work group ensures that we’re keeping our commitment to the UW NEXT community! From advising on programming to shaping content and internal practices, these members champion equity and belonging across the organization. Their work helps us create inclusive spaces where every member feels seen, valued, and heard.

United Way NEXT Engage & Exchange Work Group
The Engage & Exchange work group helps bring our community together through thoughtful, well-planned events. These members partner closely with our Marketing, Communications, & Events Manager to plan and facilitate programs, collect post-event feedback, and support the RFP process. They also help shape the strategy behind our virtual and in-person gatherings, ensuring every event is engaging, intentional, and aligned with member needs!
