Trent Caldwell
Project Management Consultant
Okavane Consultant, Livingston, TX
As a nonprofit project management consultant, I work with diverse and cross-functional teams to manage key projects that support organizational transformation. By applying tailor-fit methodologies and a people-first approach, I help turn ideas into reality. I also support organizations in establishing Project Management Offices (PMOs) and implementing project management software, such as Microsoft Planner and Asana.
Previously, I spent 4.5 years with United Way of Greater Atlanta, where I launched and led the organization’s first PMO while serving as the Enterprise Project Manager. During that time, I helped guide complex, enterprise-wide initiatives and built scalable systems to improve alignment, efficiency, and transparency across departments. That experience continues to inform my work today.
I’m motivated by the opportunity to collaborate with and empower others to contribute to positive social change.
