- Program support in core United Way best practices: fundraising fundamentals, planned giving, board governance, and crisis management
- Retiree and Alumni affinity group tools and capacity-building
- Interim staffing solutions, especially at the CEO level
- Wisdom in the form of skill-sharing and advice, historical perspectives and resources
Generous financial support from local and state United Ways provides over 40% of United Way NEXT's annual operating budget. A financial contribution at any level helps United Way NEXT keep United Way employees, retirees, and alumni connected to each other and the mission.
