Programs must be:
- Future focused and action oriented. Presenters may consider a session as a meet & greet for people to build relationships rather than a single topic for an hour.
- Engaging. All programs should allow for ample interactive time for participants while guiding the outcome. Think of the presenter as a “discussion starter” rather than a lecturer. Impart meaningful content but then engage others to share their experience.
