Most adults are unpracticed and unskilled at true inquiry, yet the effective use of questions is one of the powerful, if not the most powerful, mechanisms for unlocking creativity, solving problems, and generating meaningful action. As a Harvard QFT-certified (Question Formulation Technique) teaching supporter of The Right Question Institute, Patrick Jinks, UW NEXT member, UW alumni, and guest speaker, will share some key tenets of inquiry and engage the participants in some eye-opening activities in this session entitled The Power of Good Questions. Expanding on his TEDx Talk on the Power of the Question, Patrick will demonstrate how questions unlock thinking during an executive coaching session.
